Uniswap v4 · Base · chain 8453

Markets quoted in leveraged tokens, not stablecoins.

A launch deploys a fixed 1,000,000,000-supply token and opens a Uniswap v4 pool against a Base leveraged token — ETH3X, BTC3X, uSOL3x, uSUI2x, uSOL2x. No bonding curve: the launchpad mints one-sided, token-only liquidity across two ranges, so the creator supplies zero quote asset. Markets open at a $3,000–4,000 start cap by default, with an optional dev buy hard-capped at 10% of supply and filled inside the launch transaction. On-chain, FDV is denominated in raw quote units — the USD figure is a frontend conversion; there is no oracle in the contracts.

Launch console

Every field is validated against the registry bounds for the selected quote, then simulated with an eth_call preflight before the send button unlocks.

Parameters

ETH3X
Fetching quote price…

Value sent equals 0.0005 ETH. Liquidity is permanent: the launchpad holds both positions and has no withdrawal path. Only swap fees can ever leave.

Markets

All launches, read directly from the launchpad. Anyone may trigger a fee claim; proceeds route to the creator and treasury by the configured split — never to the caller.

Quote lineup

Whitelisted leveraged tokens. Bounds are enforced on-chain by the QuoteRegistry, in raw quote units for the whole 1B supply.

Read this before you buy

  • Quote depth lives off-DEX. These leveraged tokens have deep mint and redeem liquidity through Index Coop, but almost no DEX depth on Base. To buy into a market you will generally have to mint the quote asset first — each card links to its acquire page.
  • Leveraged tokens decay. A market quoted in ETH3X is a relative bet against a decaying, rebalancing instrument, not a USD bet. A flat chart in quote terms can still be a loss in dollars, and the reverse.
  • Liquidity is permanent and one-sided. The launchpad holds both v4 positions with no withdrawal path. It never holds quote assets at open: the entire opening book is launch tokens sitting above the opening price.
  • No oracle, no floor. Nothing in this system reads a USD price. There is no buyback, no treasury bid, and no guarantee a market trades at or above its opening FDV.

Mechanics

The contract surface is small on purpose: one launch function, one fee claim, and a registry that gates the quote assets.

  1. 01

    Fixed supply, minted once

1,000,000,000 tokens, 18 decimals, no mint authority after construction, no transfer tax. Rounding dust left on the launchpad is burned in the same transaction.

  2. 02

    Two token-only ranges

80% of LP supply is minted between opening FDV and cap FDV; 20% between cap FDV and cap × 8. The pool opens exactly at the launch range floor, so both positions are pure token — zero quote asset is required from the creator.

  3. 03

    Buyers bring the quote asset

There is no bonding curve. The v4 range is the curve: every buy walks price up through the launch range, and the reserve range absorbs anything above the cap.

  4. 04

    Permanent LP, fees only

Positions are held by the launchpad with no withdrawal path. collectFees(id) is the only exit for value, splitting accrued swap fees 60% creator / 40% protocol.

  5. 05

    Registry gating

Each quote carries min and max opening FDV, a minimum cap multiple of 4×, a 1% v4 fee and tick spacing 200. A disabled quote reverts with QuoteNotTradable.

  6. 06

    Priced in quote units

"35 ETH3X of opening FDV" means the whole supply is worth 35 ETH3X at open. The console converts a USD start cap into quote units using the quote's NAV (Index Coop) or LI.FI's token price, and you can override the price by hand. Nothing on-chain reads USD.

  7. 07

    Dev buy, capped at 10%

The launch call can carry devBuyQuote: the launchpad pulls that much quote from the creator, swaps it through the fresh pool in the same transaction, and sends the tokens straight back. Fills above MAX_DEV_BUY_BPS = 1000 revert with DevBuyTooLarge; a devBuyMinTokens floor guards against being front-run on the open. previewDevBuy shows the exact fill before signing.

  8. 08

Funding the dev buy from ETH

The console reads your quote balance and allowance, asks LI.FI for an ETH → quote route on Base and sends it from your wallet. When no DEX route exists — these are mint/redeem products with thin pool depth — it hands you to the Index Coop mint page and keeps polling until the balance lands, then unlocks the approve step.
